Eponym
Our hall of residence "Vilmarhaus Marburg" is named after the theologian
 August Friedrich Christian Vilmar.
Also situated on our grounds is the parish and community hall of the Protestant students' union Marburg. It is called "Hans von Soden-Haus" and is named after the theologian
Hans Freiherr von Soden.
The street, on which the student housing is located, is also named after a well known theologian - Rudolf Bultmann.
